The land location must match the survey number(s) on paper. Extent verification: Extent declared by the seller is matched against the extent on the official document(s). For multi-survey parcels, each survey number and subdivision is verified individually and the totals must add up. Restriction-level flags: Nature-of-land, tenure, and other-rights columns are checked for any government restriction or legal blockers like Assigned land, Inam, Wakf, Endowment, Section 22A, Tribal lands, CNT/SPT Act lands, pending court cases, active mortgages, prohibitory orders. Site plan / sketch copy matching: The site plan or sketch shared by the seller is cross-verified against the cadastral sketch and survey boundaries on record. Plot layouts, sub-division splits, and adjacent boundaries must match. Any mismatch or red flag on any survey number and we don't list.
